Shipping Policy
All items are shipped through UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Processing time for all orders are 2-4 days to prepare your order BEFORE shipping. United States orders allow 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered. (Excluding holidays and Sundays)
Overnight shipping is $45
We do offer insurance on our packages as requested. Please reach out prior to ordering to request insurance. Please be sure to include the correct shipping address, unit number, apt number, or suite number.
International orders allow 5-7 business days for your order to be delivered (Excluding US Holidays and Sundays).
Return & Exchange
We do not offer any returns. Once an order has been fulfilled and shipped there are absolutely NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. If it is a mistake on our end , we will offer an exchange of the product ONLY if the product is not damaged, worn, and returned in the original condition. ONLY COSMETICS, NOT HAIR
